Rooted in the Los Angeles Jewelry District, our team has decades of hands-on manufacturing expertise, serving designers and brands. While we proudly handle the majority of our production in Los Angeles, we also maintain long-standing relationships with international partners.

We provide our clients flexible production options in countries around the world and based on production needs we determine together if we want to produce samples here and do production overseas. All production overseas is closely managed by our LA team to ensure quality control and quality.

President - Introducing Sheila Johns

Sheila's direct experience in Jewelry Wholesale & Manufacturing spans over a decade of diverse involvement and knowledge. She has worked with many various jewelry dedicated industry professionals over the years. Most notable, her late partner John Goldman, an industry pioneer, mentoring and sharing decades of personal hands-on experience along with multi-generational family knowledge. This direct relationship has contributed toward a desire to continue on-going development and innovation to the jewelry industry.

Sheila has formed a new company and brings her extended knowledge, mentoring, and experience to upcoming jewelry designers who can benefit from her extensive know-how and expertise. She approaches every client, small or large—with the same dedication and care, pairing deep technical know-how with a modern, savvy approach. Backed by more than two decades of proven leadership, sales, and marketing success, she delivers a supportive, end-to-end experience for designers at every stage.

Fun Facts: Sheila is a Pisces who lives for the water—sunrise beach runs, impromptu yoga classes, and yes, yacht yoga whenever possible. Off the mat, she dotes on Harlow, her 2.2 lb. teacup Yorkie.

With over 30 years in fine jewelry manufacturing, Raymond Velasquez is a second-generation jeweler who has dedicated his career to craftsmanship, innovation, and supporting designers in bringing their visions to life. Raymond has been a cornerstone of the Los Angeles jewelry district, manufacturing for countless designers and globally recognized brands.

For more than a decade, he partnered with John Goldman and Sheila Johns, providing trusted manufacturing expertise and helping shape Jewelry Innovators into a leader in design and production. His reputation for precision, artistry, and reliability has made him the behind-the-scenes creator of many pieces seen on celebrities at the Oscars, Emmys, and Music Awards.

Passionate about both tradition and innovation, Raymond combines multi-generational knowledge with modern techniques to deliver exceptional quality. His longstanding commitment to excellence and collaboration continues to inspire new designers and established brands alike.

Fun Facts: When the moment strikes, Raymond jumps in with mariachi bands, serenading crowds and between casting and setting Raymond can also be heard belting tunes through the jewelry district corridors.
